How does the call sound? How does it read? What’s the “texture” of the transcript? Is it more casual or more personable than other newsletters you’ve written? If so, use the feel of the transcript as a guideline to strive towards.
If you write from personal experience, talk about things you care about and speak in a casual yet passionate manner, like you would to a friend, then others will probably want to read more of what you write. If you talk impersonally, without emotion about topics you don’t actually have personal experience in, then reader engagement will drop.
